at the time that i started losing i wasn’t actually being mindful of my calorie intake, i didn’t exercise because i was in too much pain n wasn’t really keeping track of how many days i would fast in a row.
i was depriving myself of any nutrients with the intent of killing myself, my friends would make me break my fast every week and i would purge everything in my stomach until i was dry heaving. if i couldn’t force myself to vomit then i would use drugs that i knew would induce vomiting.
it was really extreme and i want to discourage that, it was self harm more than weight loss.
but i did lose weight, a lot of it. it’s hard to control myself but i know i will be happier with my body if i don’t permanently damage it.
having this blog has made my journey of weight loss much safer, i very recently have become more mindful of what i put into my body rather than putting in nothing at all.
i try to consume a maximum of 500 cals per day, unless i plan on exerting myself more than usual. if i have to binge i will do it early in the day so i have time to work it off, i force half of it up usually.
eating multiple very small things throughout the day helps your metabolism!! so does adding lemon/ lime to your water (i’ve also been adding cucumber), drinking SHIT TONS of water but being careful to not overdo it and fasting as much as you can handle!!
i’m still trying to create an exercise schedule, but i know doing multiple short work outs when you feel strong or at certain parts of the day is rly good ❤️❤️
